These terms govern your use of Zennor AI. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Zennor AI provides an AI receptionist that businesses can embed on their own website. It answers customer enquiries, captures lead details, checks the business's stated availability, and creates appointment requests. Every appointment request is created as pending — it is never automatically confirmed or added to your calendar. You, the business, always make the final decision.
You must provide accurate information when signing up, and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
One account is intended per business.
Zennor AI is currently available to try without payment or a credit card. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll communicate pricing and billing terms clearly before any charge is made — nothing will be billed to you without your explicit agreement at the time.

Replies from your AI receptionist are generated automatically and, like any AI system, may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not quite what you'd have said yourself. That's exactly why appointment requests are always left pending for you to review rather than booked automatically — you should check conversations and confirm bookings yourself before treating them as final.
How we collect, use, and protect personal data — yours, and your customers' — is set out in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and share your own customers' information through the widget, just as you would if you answered their enquiry any other way.
We own Zennor AI's platform, software, and branding. You retain ownership of your own business content — your services, hours, FAQs, and the leads and conversations your account collects.
You can stop using Zennor AI and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, particularly the acceptable use section above. If your account is closed, we'll handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Zennor AI is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for lost business arising from an AI-generated reply, a missed enquiry, or downtime.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
